Ingredients
- 1/2 cups of water
- 1/2cups of whole milk
- 1 cup of purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- Melted unsalted butter for greasing the pan
- Brown sugar or maple syrup or lemon juice or jam (to taste)
This makes 4 servings of Crepes.
Instructions
- First add all the ingredients to the blender and crack the eggs into a bowl.
- Now add the eggs into the blender and blend until it is smooth.
- Then grease the pan with the butter.
- Pre-heat the pan to medium heat.
- Pour the batter into the pan.
- Swirl the pan to make sure the batter covers the pan.
- Once the edges crisp up, flip the crepe with a spatula.
- Once the other side has cooked to a golden brown, use the spatula to move the crepe to the plate.
- There is enough batter to make 8 crepes
